Home at Homes invites you to experience an absolutely unique moment: inhabiting a 17th-century palatial house, masterfully restored by Rafael Manzano, one of the great classical architects of our time and responsible for icons such as the Royal Alcázares complex or the Alfonso XIII Hotel.
Located in the heart of the historic centre - 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the Giralda - the property occupies over 1,000 m² and combines heritage, craftsmanship and contemporary comfort. The entrance on Calle San José 7, with its imposing wooden doors and original ironwork, anticipates the monumental character of the interior.
The building: living history
A grand porticoed courtyard with Roman marble columns, fountains, porticoed rooms, galleries and lush terraces configure a unique environment. Inside, an authentic exhibition of craftsmanship: coffered ceilings, noble woodwork, classic tilework, baroque mouldings and an exceptional collection of furniture and antiques selected by the owners.
Access to the apartment is made from an elegant vestibule that leads to the main courtyard and the imposing flight of stairs (or lift) that ascends to the principal floor.
The Apartment (330 m²)
The first complete floor of the palace houses Casa Palacio San José I, also called The Count's House: a sumptuous three-bedroom apartment that preserves its original layout and baroque essence.

• First lounge with game table, piano, reading area and TV
• Spectacular dining room with Bohemian crystal lamp and table for 12–22 diners
• Large living room-library, the jewel of the apartment, with three balconies overlooking the street and natural light throughout the day: the best imaginable box seat to watch Holy Week

PALACE HOUSE SAN JOSÉ II — Baroque Elegance with Private Gallery
A home with history in the heart of Seville's monumental district
In front of the Madre de Dios convent and in the epicentre of the historic centre, this 17th-century Baroque house rises, masterfully restored by architect Rafael Manzano, a reference in the conservation of the Royal Alcázares. Here, travellers experience the most authentic noble Seville, in a space where craftsmanship, heritage and contemporary comfort coexist with absolute naturalness.
San José II is part of the five apartments of the palace complex and pays tribute to the Sevillian cabinetmaker Francisco de Paula Farfán, born in this same house in 1869 and whose artisan legacy remains present in the rehabilitation.
The building: a living palace
Access via San José Street 7 leads to the hallway with a large wrought-iron gate, to the first courtyard and an open room that leads to the main porticoed courtyard, with Roman marble columns, fountains and lush terraces with pergolas.
Inside, a celebration of crafts: classic ceramics, noble woodwork, coffered ceilings and plaster mouldings that make each room a unique piece.
The apartment (125 m² + private gallery-terrace)
Distributed around the main courtyard, this bright apartment combines generous proportions, high ceilings and noble materials —marble, wood, artisan ceramics— with a carefully curated contemporary Spanish style decoration.
✔ 125 m² interior
✔ Private gallery-terrace of 25 m²
✔ Additional access to landscaped terraces and upper solarium (over 180 m², shared use)
✔ Three bedrooms, all with en-suite bathroom
Social zones
On the left side of the access, the independent kitchen opens up, fully equipped.
A corridor leads to the living-dining room, decorated with period Spanish pieces and modern furniture. This space, bright and welcoming, is perfect for reading, conversing or watching TV, and has a dining area for six diners. A toilet serves the daytime area.
The living room opens onto the glazed gallery-terrace, with sliding panels and views of the main courtyard, a corner full of calm and light where one can enjoy it at any time of the year.
Rest area
• Master bedroom: 160x190 cm bed, noble wood headboard, spacious wardrobes, desk and full en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: two 90x190 cm beds, built-in wardrobes, desk and en-suite bathroom.
• Bedroom 3: identical layout to the previous one, also with en-suite bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms connect directly to the gallery-terrace.
The terraces of the Palace
On the third floor, one of the great attractions of Casa Palacio San José awaits:

The experience
From this privileged location - 5 minutes from the Cathedral and the Giralda, and steps away from the Santa Cruz Quarter and Murillo Gardens - you will be able to enjoy monumental, gastronomic and cultural Seville in a walk full of stimuli.
The building houses five independent apartments (San José I, II, III, IV and V), with a total capacity for 22 guests.
If you are travelling in a group, you can book several or even the entire palace.
